Throughout the years, Coral Beach has adapted in order to exceed the needs of our guests by recognizing the need for more dining options. After thorough planning and thoughtful research, we are extremely pleased with the results. We look forward to unveiling a full program of restaurants at the end of this summer that will complement our already robust luxury all-inclusive offerings.

The first venue, an Italian Restaurant, will specialize in Tuscan cuisine, including fresh, homemade pasta dishes like spaghetti Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe, classic antipasti like Sicilian Arancini, and a variety of salads. Foodies looking to experiment, will delight in the wide variety of risottos offered, such as the seasonal Pescatore—made with fresh seafood, white wine, and a touch of saffron—along with many more unique creations from the menu. End the meal with the restaurant’s unique interpretation of time-honored desserts, such as Tiramisu and Gelato. Diners are sure to enjoy Italy’s most celebrated cuisine serenaded by live tenors, transporting them to a realm of culinary and musical delight.

Also joining the rich gastronomic offering at this luxury resort is an authentic Asia-fusion restaurant  which will feature a sushi bar, Teppanyaki tables that seat up to 120 guests, and nightly entertainment including an ancient Japanese drum ceremony, a traditional Chinese lion dance, and a time-honored sake ritual to usher in good luck and good fortune.

Guests will enjoy innovative and creative rolls and temaki, made from the freshest ingredients. Also on the menu will be Kampachi sashimi with jalapeño and miso and crispy rice with spicy tuna and wakame. Those looking to elevate their dining experience can opt for the Chef’s Omakase menu, which is accompanied by miso soup, fried rice, and your choice of one of three protein options: Wagyu A5, lobster, or sea urchin.

Rounding out the new culinary venues is an Argentine-Mexican steakhouse.  This restaurant is designed to provide a sultry dinner club ambiance, complete with late-night Tango shows during dinner, transforming the venue into an exciting nightclub after dark. The restaurant’s specialty will be Argentine grilled cuts prepared on a red-hot charcoal grill. Visitors will savor cuts like Beef Filet, Ribeye, Korobuta Pork Chop, and rack of Lamb, as well as premium cuts like Tomahawk, Kansas City and Porterhouse for an additional charge. HAVANNA’s menu will be complemented by classic, large salads to share, and an extensive list of accompaniments like roasted asparagus, creamed spinach, wild mushrooms, mac and cheese with aged cheddar, and Ribeye chicharron.

As the resort continues to innovate and exceed guest expectations, the addition of these three restaurants reflects our dedication to providing an unparalleled level of luxury and sophistication. These three new restaurants were constructed and designed with the utmost attention to detail, sure to impress and delight diners with their stunning décor and impeccable service.

In addition to these new experiences, guests will be able to enjoy a cocktail, prior to dinner, at the new, elegantly decorated lounge and bar, accessed through a glass elevator prior to their dinner reservations.
