Begin with a traditional Primo’s such as the Tuscan Salad, an antipasto with prosciutto and melon, bruschetta, and Sicilian style arancini. For Secondi, enjoy fresh homemade pasta with creamy goat cheese gorgonzola ravioli, spaghetti carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, or a variety of risottos, such as the seasonal Pescatore—made with fresh seafood, white wine, and a touch of saffron. For dessert, indulge in the hotel’s interpretation of tiramisu or a delicious, palate cleansing gelato.



Torii The Pacific Rim –  is a modern and immersive Asian fusion dining experience featuring an elegant sushi bar and eight Teppanyaki tables. At the sushi bar, chefs prepare traditional favorites and innovative rolls using only the freshest fish and seafood, while the Teppanyaki tables feature the Chef’s Omaskae menu that includes miso soup, fried rice, and a protein of your choice, including delicious add-ons such as Wagyu A5, lobster, and sea urchin (for an additional charge). A variety of tempuras and dishes such as Szechuan Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, and Pad Thai are also available. Nightly entertainment includes an ancient Japanese drum ceremony, a traditional Chinese lion dance, and a time-honored sake ritual performed to usher in good luck, fortune, and prosperity. Havanna Club Steak & Latin Lounge – Designed to evoke the intimate ambiance of a supper club. Featuring nightly Tango shows during dinner and transforming into an exciting nightclub after dark, Havanna serves up the best Argentinean Angus quality grilled cuts. Savor traditional steakhouse favorites, made to order and seared on a Basque-style grill utilizing locally sourced wood including filet mignon, rib eyes, Kurobuta pork chops, and rack of lamb.
