We’re excited to introduce NAH K’ ÁAX, our new, boho chic Mexican-Asian-fusion restaurant, sure to please every palate!

Drawn from the Maya language, meaning “House of the Jungle” NAH K’ ÁAX is located in our tranquil beachfront setting, with décor drawn from local artisans. The tasteful southeastern Asian furnishings dotting this new eatery provide the perfect venue in which to relax and view our exhilarating Fire Show Wednesday and Saturday nights at 9 p.m.

When night falls, a DJ is on hand to stir up the music and encourage dancing every night.

Signature cocktails promise to surprise and delight you while enhancing a menu offering a Mexican and Asian gourmet dining experience.

Kick off your dining adventure with something like our Mei Maki Roll, breaded with hummus, curried chicken, red pepper and coriander seed.

For something refreshing, you might try an appetizer offering a mix of spinach, beets, blueberries with a truffle- scented trail mix combined with a sour cream blend, chai vinaigrette and gravlax salmon.

A varied selection of entrées offers tempting and tasty choices such as:

• Taco de Canasta features a confit of duck, street-style tacos with crispy crab.
• Rosarito Shrimp Tacos, a blend of dark beer and black tempura batter, xcatic chilli mayonnaise, cabbage and cilantro.
• The Poke Bowl combines steamed rice with carrots, red cabbage, radishes, cucumbers, roasted pineapple and avocado with chicken or fresh tuna.
• Seafood lovers are sure to like the Salmon Burger, marinated with hoisin sauce, orange zest, avocado, radish, cilantro and pear.

For dessert, be sure to try Ripe Plantain Onigiri – crispy on the outside, with a rich and creamy filling, fresh cheese and condensed milk sauce.

Another tasty choice is Cheese Chai, a chai- flavored mousse with vanilla crumble and fig.
