Vegetarians will delight in a tasty blend of quinoa, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and corn in a yellow chili pepper sauce while meat lovers are sure to enjoy the raw rib eye with red aguachile sauce. For anyone needing a little “kick,” our “Resurrection Cocktail,” a blend of octopus, scallops, oysters and shrimp enveloped in a tangy and powerful cocktail sauce is sure to bring you back to life.
  • Throughout the week, our popular Isla Contoytucked under the huge palapa by the sea – will be showcasing an array of fresh seafood. Topping the list will be aguachile, a typical dish made with shrimp or scallops, bathed in tangy lime juice, chili, cilantro and onion. They’ll also be featuring tasty ceviche created with your choice of shrimp, calamari, tuna or scallops marinated in fresh lime. In addition, there will be tasty tostadas and tacos, including shrimp al pastor and octopus, along with a fully stocked raw bar. Fresh fish and lobster made to order, will be highlighting the menu.

  • On Easter Sunday our highly acclaimed Viña del Mar will be hosting a lavish brunch, offering a delectable array of items, from fresh fruit to a variety of cheeses, a bagel and lox station, tasty bakery items, yogurts, eggs, pancakes, waffles and more. In addition, Mexican favorites will be offered, including: chilaquiles, tostadas, quesadillas, refried beans and other local “staples.” A Bloody Mary station and Mimosas will provide the perfect complement to your brunch.

Activities for Kids –

April 2-9, young guests can explore our state-of-the-art Coral KidZ Club, where they will be given a passport and invited to participate in arts-and-crafts, cooking and dance classes, piñata-making and more. Kids 3-5 will enjoy the area devoted to imagination and learning where they can choose their own path – city, park or jungle. The cityscape features – among other things – a Mexican-style home, fire station, construction zone, mercado and play kitchen. Next door, the Jungle room offers a quiet zone deep in the tranquil “forest” where they can curl up in a nook with a book. They’ll also have the opportunity to make candy baskets and decorate eggs, which will be used in a resort- wide egg hunt on Easter Sunday. Older children will enjoy computer activities, table games and an adventurous night of camping.

  • Easter Sunday April 9 at 12 p.mchildren can participate in an Easter egg hunt throughout the resort, topped off by a live show at the KidZ Club Theater, where prizes will be given out.

We look forward to seeing you for Semana Santa – the perfect place to spend your Easter vacation!
