Luxury With no Limits
Our newly debuted concept will further enhance our award-winning resort by offering you a “luxury with no limits” concept highlighting an array of lavishly upgraded guest experiences. Guests who book one of our Infinite Suites in our Infinite Club category, will be treated to a host of privileges, amenities and access to our Infinite Lounge, as well as several excursions.
The Infinite Club category offers you to a host of exclusive and personalized services such as private dining experiences and priority dining reservations, upgraded beach activities and specially crafted day and evening activities, along with an expanded selection of bar offerings and mini-bar amenities. If you’re traveling with children, we also offer babysitting services.
Another added bonus for guests in the Infinite Club category is complimentary access to the exclusive Garrafón Reef Club at Isla Mujeres. Known for its astonishing reefs and cliffs, this island hugging the shores of the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean Sea offers plenty of fun-packed activities. While there, you’ll be treated to a premium domestic open bar and lunch as well as exciting activities such as zip-lines, snorkeling and kayaking outings and round-trip ferry tickets to Isla.
Infinite Club category guests will also partake in a second complimentary experience from the Infinite Experiences menu including special honeymoon amenities and romantic dinners. Also included are treatments for couples at our award-winning Gem Spa’s presidential suite or access to the Two Bedroom Family & Friends suites or the Infinite three- and four-bedroom Penthouse Suites with private pool roof top deck and private yachting included.
Dining Rises to a New Level
We already offer award-winning dining in our varied selection of restaurants, but we’re taking cuisine to a new level of dining and whether you’re looking for a traditional Mexican menu at La Joya, fresh seafood at Isla Contoy, a bountiful buffet at Viña del Mar or a tasty French-Mediterranean experience at our award-winning Le Basilic, you’ll find it here.
Guests staying a minimum of three nights will be treated to one complimentary personal experience from the Infinite Experiences Menu. These activities are specially designed for families and offer romance, fun and wellness at no extra cost. In addition, you can dine at the exclusive AAA 5 Diamond awarded French-Mediterranean Restaurant, Le Basilic, with a twelve-course pairings menu ( surcharge applies). Another option includes dinner at “The Table” a new interactive 12 course video- mapping, dining experience, highlighting the history of the Yucatan with live performers on a unique, two-hour journey

For guests 3 – 12, the complimentary Coral Kidz Club is included in this program. With 40,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor themed recreation activities the innovative experience features the latest technology to entertain and educate the little guests.
